Tales of The …

If you look below this post you will see 52 individual pieces of fiction created entirely by multimedia artists from Northern Ireland. We had various themes throughout the last year, from Cthulhu to Zombies, Fairytales and Challenges as well as some fantastic individual stories. As if that was not enough to be proud of, we also met our goal of posting a new story every single Sunday for the last year without missing a beat.

With that in mind, Talesofthe.com is taking on a new format for its second year. Instead of the grueling weekly schedule, we’re aiming for a quarterly anthology, with a magazine style layout, and a unifying theme for each season. Our first theme will be NI: 3012, tales of Northern Ireland set 1000 years in the future. Submissions are now open and will remain so through June of this year with an eye for a Summer release. Email contact@talesofthe.com if you have any pieces, ideas, or want to offer your talents for potential collaborations.

A special thanks to some of people who kept talesofthe.com going through year one: Editor in Chief - Stephen Downey, Story Editor – Andrew Croskery, Audio Editor - Reggie Chamberlain King and Video Editor - Jim McMorrow as well as the over 30 creators who contributed throughout the year.

We’re keeping all this year’s stories on the front page for the time being, so if you’ve missed any now is the time to catch up. If you have a favourite, we’d really appreciate a comment to give the creators a little ego boost and let them know they’re appreciated.

Thanks for reading, watching and listening
